I’m Ralf Kaiser. I’ve spent 35+ years in capital markets, M&A, fundraising, fintech, and AI commercialization.

I’ve been on both sides of the capital table — raising it, deploying it, and advising founders who need it. I’ve seen what works, what doesn’t, and where founders waste months on unfocused investor outreach that leads nowhere.
